Advocate alarms on Levon Hayrapetyan’s detention conditions (video)
For already two months Artsakh businessman, philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan has been in Mordovia prison, where the detention conditions are far from being satisfactory. Though his health condition is satisfactory, in case of staying there longer Levon Hayrapetyan, who has several illnesses, will face serious health problems. Advocate Haykaz Makaryan turns to the authorities for presenting the issue to the Russian partners. The advocate also claims that Levon Hayrapetyan must be released. “It hasn’t been proved in the court that he committed a crime, and those, who give testimony, don’t satisfy the principality of evidence. That person shouldn’t be jailed, what’s more in such sadist conditions.”
