Judge makes Arayik Khandoyan leave courtroom (video)
Member of Sasna Dzrer group Arayik Khandoyan will remain in custody; the Court of Appeal refused his advocates’ mediation to remove the decision on detention made by Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts. Advocate Arayik Papikyan considered the decision of the court to be baseless and stated that it is the repetition of court decisions made in connection with the cases of other members of Sasna Dzrer group. The court hearing, according to the advocates of Khandoyan, proceeded with incidents; in reply to the statement by Arayik Khandoyan that his act aimed at saving the Armenian nation, including the judge, the judge asked him not to indicate him. After that Khandoyan got angry, and Judge Armen Khachatryan used a sanction against him by making him leave the courtroom.
