While officials of the Ministry of Diaspora claim that Syrian Armenians do not want to come to Armenia, Arevelk.am continues to receive dozens of letters showing the opposite. In their letters, Armenians living in Aleppo beg to make their voices audible and help hundreds of Armenians flee the battlefield and settle in Armenia. According to reports, many Armenians are at a loss and need advice: they want to leave Aleppo with their families and move to Armenia. Gohar Galustyan, an Armenian woman staying in Aleppo, sent to Arevelk.am the photos of her wounded daughter and ruined flat. In the letter, she said her family hardly survived a bombing attack on September 30. Gohar said her family wants to relocate to Armenia but they do not know what to do and whom to apply. “Armenians in Aleppo have lost patience. Many are ready to leave the city,” she said.
