Residents threaten to close Arshakunyats Avenue (video)
Residents of Yerevan’s Shengavit district threaten to block Arshakunyats Avenue if their voice is not heard. The ongoing construction at 278 Arshakunyats has caused serious problems for the locals, depriving the residents of the neighbouring six houses of running water and use of sewage. The angered residents say they have not had the honour to see the owner personally. They say half jokingly that they are lucky enough to see that the construction is progressing rapidly. Mrs. Narine says they have has knocked on all doors trying to find a solution. Today, she has sent a letter to Yerevan Mayor (Taron Margaryan). Details in the video
