On September 20, Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees to appoint ministers in the newly-formed Cabinet. Ashot Manukyan and Ignat Arakelyan were appointed Minister of Energy and Natural Resources and Minister of Agriculture, respectively. Vahan Martirosyan will head the Ministry of Transport and Communication and Vardan Aramyan was appointed Minister of Finance. Also, Vache Gabrielyan was re-appointed as Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms.
