Andrias Ghukasyan ends hunger strike

Andrias Ghukasyan, a member of the “Rise Up, Armenia” movement, has ended his month-long hunger strike. Gor Ghlechyan, Spokesman for the Justice Ministry's Penitentiary Department, confirmed the information in conversation with A1+. He described Ghukasyan's health condition as ‘satisfactory.’ Ghukasyan is charged under Article 225 of the Armenian Criminal Code. He was arrested on July 29 with Heritage Party members Armen Martirosyan and Davit Sanasaryan on charges of organizing mass disturbances during public protests.
