Village headman wants to close down the only kindergarten of village (video)
The village headman of frontier Dovegh village wants to close down the only local kindergarten. Parents don’t have any complaints about this kindergarten. Though, it turns out that it isn’t a kindergarten. According to the village headman, the village hasn’t had a kindergarten since 1994. They will open a preparatory school in September. Parents aren’t really delighted with the idea of preparatory school. The headmaster of the operating kindergarten is going to transfer the kindergarten to his house. The village headman opposes; he doesn’t have such a right. The latter, by the way, has his candidate for the headmaster of the kindergarten, with whom he has already signed the relevant contract.
