Bundestag adopts Armenian Genocide resolution (video)
German Bundestag has adopted the Armenian Genocide recognition resolution. German Bundestag has adopted "Remembrance and commemoration of the genocide of Armenians and other Christian minorities in 1915 and 1916" bill; one MP voted against the resolution and one abstained. The resolution was prepared and presented by the “Christian Democratic Union (CDU)/ Christian Social Union (CSU)”, the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and the opposition Greens party.
