Armenia, Japan sign intergovernmental grant agreement
The signing ceremony of an Armenian-Japanese inter-governmental grant agreement took place at the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 25. The agreement was signed by Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan and Japanese Ambassador to Armenia Eiji Taguch. The grant in the amount of about US $2 million is intended for the development of economic and social sectors of Armenia.
