Head of regional administration gives interview without removing pistol from table (video)
Almost everybody is in camouflage in Martakert. There are few people in the city. It was heavily damaged in the bombardments. The city is situated only 2.5 km far from the border. Anyone can get out of the car in the city and show a grenade or a gun. Here the military are on duty like in the military posts. Head of the NKR Martakert Regional Administration gave the interview without removing his pistol from the table. Head of the region, which is under constant target of the adversary, doesn’t know the word ‘peace’. But the residents of Martakert dream of peace without knowing who to pin their hopes on. One of the residents of Martakert has heard that aid of millions of dollars entered into Artsakh during last month, but why don’t his family having 9 children make use of it? 16 houses were wholly damaged in the bombardments.
