Wounded soldier needs treatment abroad
19-year-old Ruben Arakelyan, who was wounded during Four-day April war, is still in the intensive care unit of Erebuni medical center. The soldier was wounded during the clashes in Talish. He got spinal cord injury. At present the movements of Ruben are limited. Due to the throat injury he has difficulty in speaking. Ruben’s mother, Anahit Mkrtchyan told “A1+”, “I am pleased with the work of doctors, but at present Ruben needs treatment abroad. Necessary operations can be carried out abroad, there are relevant devices.” But the family doesn’t have necessary means in order to cover treatment expenses of their son. Mother doesn’t speak much about his son’s courage on the border.
