Retired Colonel Volodya Avetisyan registers as volunteer
Karabakh water veteran, retired army Colonel Volodya Avetisyan has joined the initiative of the Union Freedom Fighters of Sushi special battalion and was included in the list of volunteers upon his own request. In 2014, Volodya Avetisyan was sentenced to six years in prison for fraud.
