Hrant Bagratyan, a lawmaker from the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction, is giving a press conference at the Media Center NGO. He is speaking about the latest external and internal political developments. “If the April war started not at 03:45 a.m., but at 01:00 a.m., I cannot say how it would end as our soldiers do not have night vision devices,” he said. "Nuclear weapons are already created in Armenia. I say it as a note to Azerbaijan," he added.
