Former Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan arrested: NSS
According to the number 58216515 criminal case conducted in the Investigative Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia and Article 129 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code, on December 19, 2015 Former Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan has been arrested. Vahan Shirkhanyan is suspected of participating in the criminal association created by Arthur Vardanyan and having a specific commitment and role in it, according to Part 2, Article 223 of the RA Criminal Code.
