Short time ago the first session of the central headquarters of the Constitutional referendum ended in the HHK central office. It was conducted by the Head of the headquarters, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. After the session the HHK members avoided answering our questions and only said that they had discussed organizational issues. Vigen Sargsyan, chief of staff of the President's Office, didn’t answer any question and also announced that he had nothing to say. The HHK MP Karen Avagyan only said that general organizational issues had been discussed. Davit Harutyunyan, Minister and Chief of RA Government Staff, told “A1+” that the heads of the regional structures hadn’t been appointed yet. In reply to the question, how they will hold the campaign, Mr. Harutyunyan answered, “You will see.” Though the local self-government bodies have already allocated relevant places for hanging campaign posters, the HHK hasn’t hung any poster yet. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was the last to leave the HHK office. In the interview with “A1+” he said that he would answer only one question. In particular he said that the headquarters had been formed and they have 6 deputies. Prime Minster didn’t mention names and added, “The structure of the headquarters and our future steps were also discussed.” He didn’t say anything else hurrying to enter the Government building. Hovik Abrahamyan only urged us to turn to Ruben Tadevosyan, President of the HHK Organizational Committee, for any issue. Mr. Tadevosyan announced that he wouldn’t say anything at that moment and soon the press release would be sent to the media outlets. Deputy heads of the headquarters are Vigen Sargsyan, Karen Karapetyan, Hovhannes Hovsepyan, Armen Yeritsyan, Levon Yolyan and Vahram Baghdasaryan. Vigen Sargsyan will be responsible for the campaign of the headquarters.
