The European Ombudsman Institute (EOI) posted an article on its website entitled “Azerbaijan killed peaceful civilians” by Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan. The EOI also published on its website [www.euro-ombudsman.org] an announcement by Karen Andreasyan who strongly condemns cases of ceasefire violations on the border. The EOI spreads its publications in 50 countries, including Azerbaijan.
