HHsh member: Foreign Ministry does not fulfill its functional obligations (video)
States are acquiring sovereignty but Russia is constantly trying to interfere in the internal affairs of these states, a member of the Armenian Pan-National Movement (HHSh) said on Monday. “The tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are advantageous to some circles in Russia. Today Russia resembles a child who has grown up but cannot part with his toys,” Ararat Zurabyan said. Speaking about the response of Armenian Foreign Minister [Edward Nalbandian] to the sale of Russian weapons to Azerbaijan, when Nalbandian said Russia only pursues business interests, nothing more, Mr Zurabyan said, “Armenia’s Foreign Ministry is to send a protest note after each sale. I think our Foreign Ministry is not carrying out its functional obligations.”
