Person pointed out by the freedom fighter is at police station
At the moment a person named Tigran, whom Smbat Hakobyan, the freedom fighter who was beaten up yesterday in the center of Yerevan, pointed out as one of the people who beat him, is at Kentron Police department. “A1+” was informed about it by the public relations department of the Police. In reply to our question, whether the Police know how many people beat up Smbat Hakobyan and whether they found out them, they promised to touch upon it later. Soon materials connected with the case will be sent to the Investigative Committee. Today Smbat Hakobyan, who was beaten up yesterday, made a statement in “St. Grigor Lusavorich” medical center, by noting that he knows one of the people, who beat him. The freedom fighter noted that the person is called Tigran, who was a member of security of the FFA President Ruben Hayrapetyan. To remind, yesterday freedom fighter Smbat Hakobyan was beaten up on Abovyan Street. Earlier Smbat Hakobyan joined civil activists in a procession heading from Matenadaran (Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts) to the headquarters of the ruling Republican Party with a demand for a government change.
