The citizen’s property burnt down in the result of shots fired by the adversary; a criminal case initiated
A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on willful spoilage of somebody’s property committed by arson, explosion or other publicly dangerous method out of motives of national, racial or religious hatred or religious fanatism. On September 2, 2015 at about 19:00 shots were fired from Azeri combat position of Armenian-Azeri borderline towards the village of Nerkin Karmiraghbyur. As a result, the property of the bedroom located on the second floor of the house of the resident of the mentioned village was destroyed by arson inflicting property damage. A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code.
