Lori’s long-lived granny is still waiting for her husband (video)
Stepanavan region’s Lejan community resident Sanam Ghazaryan is the oldest woman of the village. She is 100 years old. Her husband, Hmayak Ghazaryan, was killed during the Great Patriotic War at the age of 24. The young widow brought up her two sons by being engaged in cattle breeding, farming and carpet weaving. The old woman is proud of her growing family composed of 28 persons. Three more babies will be born this year, God willing. For now Sanam Ghazaryan hasn’t given up hope and is waiting for the return of her husband. Details in the video of “Lori” TV
