5500 tons of apricot exported from Armavir marz (video)
In Armavir marz villagers are pleased with the harvest of apricot. There are also no complaints connected with the sales of apricot. As Arthur Ayvazyan, Head of Armavir Marzpetaran’s Department of Agriculture, informs until now about 5500 tons of apricot have been exported from Armavir marz and the process of exportation continues. Apricot is also sold on the spot. Purveyor company, Noyan Juices factory purchases 1 kg apricot for 50 drams and Proshyan Wine and Brandy factory situated in Armavir marz purchases for 150 drams. According to Ayvazyan, apricot harvest started in Armavir marz 10 days ago. At the moment mass harvest of apricot has started in the highlands of the marz and Baghramyan region.
