Investigative Committee doesn’t know when and how Gyumri case will be handed over to Armenian law enforcement officers (video)
About half-year after Gyumri slaughter people in Gyumri don’t hope that all the details of the crime will be revealed. The Investigative Committee informed that the preliminary investigation is underway. Though some days ago Serzh Sargsyan thanked Russian partners for handing the case over to the Armenian law enforcement officers, the Investigative Committee informed that they have no information about the procedure and terms of handing the materials of the preliminary investigation over to the relevant authorities of Armenia.
