Sergey Smbatyan awarded France’s Arts and Literature Medal
On June 6, France’s Minister of Culture and Communication Fleur Pellerin awarded the Medal of Arts and Literature of France to artistic director and principal conductor of the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia Sergey Smbatyan.
France’s Arts and Literature Medal was founded in 1957 and is granted to artists, who have made great achievements in the development of culture in France and throughout the world.
