Naira Zohrabyan: Children from orphanages forced to beg in streets (video)
Leader of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Naira Zohrabyan today said they possess information that children from orphanages are forced to beg in the streets after being promised to receive ‘daily payment.’ “Perhaps they make a deal with employees of orphanages, receive their consent and take the children away promising to return them in the evening. I have seen many children with their “mothers” but when I came up and asked whether the woman was their mother, they gave the same answer -no,” Naira Zohrabyan said at the National Assembly today. The BHK leader says she has not turned to courts as she does not have clear facts and evidence at hand.
