A citizen run over by an investigator died
On May 10, 2015 at about 22:00 pm. the investigator of RA Investigation Committee Kotayq Marz Department with his car of “Vaz21074”model on the roadway of Charentsavan-Fantan ran over a citizen crossing the road, whose identity is not ascertained, in consequence of which the latter died in place because of the bodily injuries received by her. On the incident a criminal case was instituted at Charentsavan Investigation Division of RA Investigation Committee Kotayq Marz Investigation Department by features of part 2, Article 242 of RA Criminal Code and according to investigation subjection was sent to RA Special Investigation Service to be investigated. Preliminary investigation is in progress.
