“A1+” interviewed Hovsep Khurshudyan, member of the governing body of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. The members of the European Commission and the European Parliament said in Yerevan that Russia is hampering the implementation of commercial part of the Eastern Partnership. It is a fact, notes the interlocutor. But there is still hope: as Hovsep Khurshudyan notes, one part of the EU Association Agreement doesn’t contradict to the provisions of the Customs Union and on May Armenia may sign it.
