Serzh Sargsyan hasn’t made final decision which form of government he will choose. Head of the administration of the Armenian National Movement party (HHSh) Ararat Zurabyan came to such conclusion after the meeting with Serzh Sargsyan. Today he told the journalists that Serzh Sargsyan had announced that he was going to present two projects to the National Assembly- the one must be the reforms of semi-presidential government and another- the reforms of parliamentary government. He says that they are strongly against the reforms of semi-presidential government and they think that the transition to parliamentary government will be a step forward. Ararat Zurabyan thinks that it is a document, on which the citizens of the Republic of Armenia must express their viewpoints and a referendum must be held. “Let’s say that Serzh Sargsyan is in power, that’s why we refuse any process, let’s stop eating, breathing, living as Serzh Sargsyan is the President of the RA,” he said. Today Mr. Zurabyan disclosed details what he asked Serzh Sargsyan during the meeting. He says that it related to the office. “He answered that he will be in power until 2018 and the RA President cannot become a deputy during the parliamentary elections, I think that it is so clear that there is no need to speak of it. In order to become a deputy, he must lay down the powers of the president,” summed up Ararat Zurabyan.
