Probe luanched into deadly shoot-out near Nubarashen penitentiary.
A criminal case has been initiated in connection with today’s shoot-out that left three people killed near Nubarashen penitentiary. The case has been filed under Article 2 (Part 1) and Article 235 of the Armenian Criminal Code, the Press Service of the Investigatory Service reports. Also, an investigative group has been set up to establish the circumstances of the incident and identify the criminals. The people killed in the shoot-out have been identified as Levon Ghazaryan, Drastamat Tadevosyan, and Mesrop Melikyan.
