NKR President awards medals to killed soldiers
President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan has signed decrees to award posthumously ‘For Service in Battle’ medals to soldiers Artak Aghekyan (born in 1979) and Hayk Baroyan (born in 1995). They were killed on February 28 in stopping the infiltration attempt by Azerbaijani commandos in the section controlled by one of the military units in the north-eastern direction of Nagorno-Karabakh.
