President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by Serzh Sargsyan, today visited the Yerablur Pantheon on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the Armenian Army. They laid flowers and wreaths to the monuments of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, legendary general Andranik and the martyrs perished in the Artsakh liberation struggle.
