“Zap” was arrested: Interpol was also informed about it
28.02.2013 Prague municipal court remotely sentenced Andranik Soghoyan (nickname- “Zap”) born in 1968 to 22 years’ imprisonment charged according to Czech Republic Criminal Code Article 219, Parts 1 and 2 (murder) and Article 235 Part 1 (extortion). 20.10.2014 Czech Republic law enforcement bodies gave European detention sanction to Andranik Soghoyan and international research was announced. On October 30, RA Police Criminal Investigation General Department officers found and arrested Andranik Soghoyan from Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan. A.
