Legal government change is possible only through elections. Today after the Government session announced Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan. Education and Science Minister doesn’t see non governmental troika, he sees only BHK. “Especially after the last rally I see only BHK, as I am used to commenting on performance according to the level of actors and not decorations,”- said Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan.
