Seyran Saroyan: Nothing has changed: the same people, the same faces... (video)
Fifteen years have passed since the October 27, 1999 terrorist act in the Armenian parliament that left eight people dead, including Parliament Speaker Karen Demirchyan and Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan. Aravot.am today asked General Seyran Saroyan whether anything has changed in these 15 years. “Nothing has changed: the same people, the same faces…” he said. Asked whether the October 27 crime is disclosed and whether those guilty of the crime have been punished, Mr Saroyan said, “Not only the guilty ones, but also innocent people are punished.”
