Representatives and volunteers of the Youth Foundation of Armenia (YFA) visited Aygepar community in Tavush province on October 21. Within the framework of the program to support families affected by fire, the group visited the families whose homes were burnt on August 10 in the result of enemy’s continued shooting. The young people had brought with them clothing, food and essential items. Karen Iskandaryan, Coordinator of the YFA Tavush Centre said people living under enemy fire need more attention. “During my frequent visits to border communities I became convinced that people in border villages feel the lack of attention.   The village continues to live a normal life. Our villagers are even surprised when the enemy stops shooting,” he said. The group also visited the kindergarten of the village and gave clothes and toys to children.
