Addressing the participants of today’s rally in Yerevan’s Liberty Square, leader of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Ter-Petrosyan said the acting regime led by Serzh Sargsyan has fully exhausted itself it is obvious to the Armenian people and outside forces. "Every day the country sustains losses because of the Sargsyan administration. Their stay in power will end in disaster. The only way to avert the disaster is to carry out a revolution, that is, to hold early presidential and parliamentary elections. We shall speak about it at the next rally. We are not going to make new proposals or offer compromises to the criminal regime. We have definite goals and plans, which means it is the authorities’ turn now to propose a dialogue and compromises. If their proposals are reasonable, we shall probably accept them, otherwise, we shall follow the example of the acting president and sent them to hell," he said.
