The owner of Hamalir building is the Republic of Armenia - says Davit Harutyunyan (video)
What is to become of the Karen Demirtchyan Sport and Concert Complex – Hamalir? The question was raised today in the Armenian parliament by opposition lawmaker Gagik Jhangiryan. Head of the Government Staff, Minister Davit Harutyunyan said the name of the complex would not be changed. He added that the complex spokesman is spreading false information about the building. “The complex cannot be turned into a military unit,” he said adding that the owner of the building is the Republic of Armenia. Davit Harutyunyan added at present they are considering two options to decide the future of the building.
