Extraordinary session failed: there is no quorum
With the initiative of one third of the National Assembly Deputies, today at 18:30 an extraordinary session must be held for discussing new plan of “Turnover tax law”. Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia, Dashnaktsutyun, Country of Law and Heritage parties were the initiators of the extraordinary session. At this moment there is no quorum. 37 deputies are present. Three hour regime is announced for providing quorum. Businessmen, complaining of the present law, are near the NA building demanding an extraordinary session.
