What is General Manvel Grigoryan afraid of? (video)
Today Emergency Situations Minister Armen Yeritsyan became “Yerkrapah” volunteers union member. He was awarded a medal by union president, General Manvel Grigoryan. Mr. Yeritsyan noted that it is very obliging for him. To the question whether it is possible that one day he will join HHK, Armen Yeritsyan noted that he hasn’t received such suggestion and hasn’t thought over it. Ministry of Emergency Situations and “Yerkrapah” volunteers union had a joint memorandum, and today a project of activities was signed. General Manvel Grigoryan noted that he is most afraid of natural disasters and not wars, that’s why they signed a memorandum to face natural disasters together. Details later
